Body copy should be this size. The Section Header should be BOLD LIGHT in caps. The bold section should highlight what it is, so don't have a bold 'the' or something that doesnt help signpost what the section is about.
Links to other pages and off site should be in context links which tell the user where they are going. Next use 'click here' as your link. For example, find out how much water you should drink. Not, to find out how much water to drink click here. Try to avoid using full URLS in text such as www,whaka.co.nz.

Sections can be seperated out into columns. Useful if you have long text and a long list, you can place them side by side. Mobiles will show these in order, so the RH column will be under the LH column. When you do this, make sure the section header is in its own text box, so it is not level with RH column.
