Skills Coaching
“I competed in the Whaka100 in 2019 for the first time and it sure made me realize whilst out on course that not only do you have to be fitness ready for this type of event but ready to tackle some hard terrain; fatigued! Whilst amongst mid pack, it was really interesting how much efficiency could be made on single trail having a skill advantage. It was also horrible to see some very big crashes when it came to some of the natural features.
With the new course for the 2021 Emerson’s Whaka100, who knows what may approach you around the corner!” – Louis Hamilton (Tuned Rotorua Coach). |
