If you choose to explore the local area while at the Whaka 100, you can book a rental vehicle. Hertz, Budget, and Avis all operate out of Rotorua, with desks at Rotorua Airport. We recommend booking your vehicle early, and online to avoid missing out.

Rotorua is a simple city to travel with a public bus service, ride-share and taxi services, but we suggest you just ride your bike. Make sure you lock it up when unattended. Most accommodation providers are located near Fenton Street with a short and flat 5-10 minute ride to the trails and 12 minutes to event HQ for the Whaka 100.
