EVENT INFO
The Stan's 25km event is for mountain bikers of all abilities and takes in the super fun, world-famous trails of Rotorua.
The course is set a mixture of grade 2-3 trails with short climbs, flowing trails and a small about of forestry roads set among some of the worlds best single track. |

Start time: From 8.30am
Start location: Te Putake o Tawa Car park
Finish location: Waipa MTB car park
Shuttle: We recommend adding a shuttle from the finish venue to the startline.
Bag drop: There will be a bag drop service for you to leave any belongings at the start line. Must be a sealed bag (for example a backpack) and no bigger than a duffle bag.
Medals: All finishers will receive a finishers' medal.
Results: Timing and results are based on mat-to-mat time.

- Please meet at waipa carpark shuttle pick up 15 minutes before your selected time (7:20am 0r 8:10am)
- Carpool with your mates. Leave one car at the finish line, and drive one to the start line.
- Get dropped off at the 25km start line by a family member or friend.

TRAIL GRADING
The course does not require a high-level of technical skill with the majority of the stages being on grades 1-3. Features are well-marked and rollable with clear B-lines around. Navigation skills are not needed with our well-marked route. |
Course subject to change. The Whakarewarewa is a production forest, so there may be changes to the course at any time. GPS data may have a variation of up to 5%.
