Participants who have entered the Whaka 100 event can manage their entry by logging into the portal below:

At no cost:

• Personal information, address, date of birth, emergency contact details.
• If you need to change the spelling of your name please email us [email protected]
• Add merchandise, Shuttle tickets, add-ons e.g Premium Check-in

A $15 admin fee + Creditcard fees

• Change of distance*. There is no refundable amount in difference in the entry fee if changing down.​ If you are moving up or down a distance you will also need to pay the difference in entry fees, if applicable. If you have opted in to the Refund Protection Program your policy will only cover your original registration amount. If you wish to cover the remainder of your new entry the system will prompt you to pay a fee for the additional amount.

A $5 admin fee

• Change of wave. There is a $5 admin fee for changing your starting wave. Please email us [email protected] with your full name and confirmation number if you wish to do this.
