Whaka 100 is working with Booth's Logistics to provide transport for participants' bikes to-and-from Christchurch.

With one way or return options, simply drop off your bike at Booth's Christchurch at the allotted time. Your bike will be shipped ahead of your flight, for collection at Rotorua Airport from Thursday. Drop off post-event will be at Rotorua Airport, and can be collected by the end of the week from Booth's Christchurch facilities.

DROP OFF TIMES

Christchurch Drop Off:
Where: Booth’s Logistics Christchurch
When:

• Monday 16 October 8am-5pm
• Tuesday 17 October 8am-3pm 

How: Take your packed and labelled bike to the address. Go to reception and let them know you have a Whaka 100 bike for drop off.​

Rotorua Collection:
Where: Rotorua Airport
When: From Thursday 19 Oct 11am
How: Call Rotorua Airport Ops on 027 2744 508 and ask to collect your Whaka 100 bike. You'll need to show your flight details (app or ticket) to match with your bike label to collect. The airport is open 7 days a week from 5am - 8pm. Collection must be within those hours.

RETURN TIMES

Rotorua Drop Off:

When:

• Before Tuesday 24 October 12pm 

How: Take your packed and labelled bike to Rotorua Airport. Check in as normal, and let Rotorua Airport Ops on 027 2744 508 know you have a Whaka 100 bike to drop off at the secure room. They’ll give you access to leave your bike there.

Collection at Christchurch:
Where: Booth’s Logistics Christchurch
When:

• Friday 27 October 8am-5pm
• Monday 30 October 8am-5pm
• No Saturday or Sunday collection.

How: Go to reception at Booth’s and let them know you’re there to collect your bike for Whaka 100. Give them your name, and arrival flight information and a form of photo ID. Your bike will be retrieved for you.

THE BIKE TRANSPORT PROCESS

1. Check you can make the times and locations before booking
2. Decide on if you wish to do one way, and book your bike onto the return flight, or wish to have your bike returned by our service.
3. Fill out the form below, which will then take you to the store page to pay.
4. Ahead of drop off, pack your bike securely in a suitable cardboard box or bike bag, as if you were packing for an AirNZ flight.
   1. Your bike packing is your responsibility. 
   2. 32kg weight limit per bike bag
   3. There are no limitations on content as with air travel. Bike batteries, co2 cartridges and aerosols are allowed.
   4. You must clearly and securely label your bike bag/box with the following information:
      Full name
      Phone Number
      Arrival Flight No, Date & Time
      Return Flight No, Date & Time
5. Drop off your packed and labelled bike at the time and location above.
6. Your bike will be ready to collect from 11am Thursday 19 Oct at Rotorua Airport. See Rotorua Collection above..
7. Race the Whaka 100!
8. If using the return option, you must drop off your packed and labelled bike at Rotorua Airport by 12pm Tuesday 24 October.
9. Once you are back in Christchurch, you must collect your bike from Booth's on Friday 27 or Monday 30 October. See Collection at Christchurch. above.

Terms and Conditions 

• Nduro Events and Booth's will endeavour to deliver on time, however weather, breakdowns, natural disasters, strikes etc, are outside of our control.
• You agree to abide by the collection and drop off times and locations stated here. There are no exceptions. 
• If you miss these time slots, alternative transport options are your responsibility. 
• Late collection at Christchurch will result in a storage fee which must be paid before release of your bike.
• You are responsible for your bike packing and labelling. Incorrect labelling may result in delays in you getting your bike. Incorrect or inadequate packing may result in damage.
• You are responsible for arranging your own insurance for your bike while in transit.
• Outside of our normal duty of care, Booth’s and Whaka 100 take no responsibility for the condition of your bike while under our care.
