DEFER MY ENTRY TO 2025
Participants who have entered the 2024 event can defer their entry to the 2025 Whaka 100 event, held on 24-26 October 2025.

Participants who have entered the 2024 event can defer their entry to the 2025 Whaka 100 event, held on 24-26 October 2025.
CONDITIONS OF DEFERAL
- An admin free of $35 NZD per participant is payable before the request is processed.
- Requests for deferral will be honoured up to 5pm on 30th August 2024.
- The deferral may only be used once. Participants who elect to defer their entry forfeit options for future deferral, transfers of the same entry or partial refund.
- A deferral to 2025 is a credit for the amount you paid to enter the 2024 event, it is the participants responsibility to enter the event 2025 event when they receive their deferral code.
- Deferral codes are sent out 48 hours before the 2025 event entries open.
- Any additional purchases (including but not limited to), merchandise purchase, donations or any other fees paid at the time of entry are not transferred through to October 2025 date.
- If there is more than one participant deferring, they must each complete the deferral process separately.
