Use this form to trasfer your entry from you to another rider. Read the conditions and instructions carefully. Looking to move your entry to 2024? See our deferal form.

Conditions of Transfer

• The withdrawing athlete MUST fill out the form below.
• A transfer fee of $25.00 must be paid by the withdrawing athlete.
• Transfer can only be made to the same or lesser distance event.
• Transfer period closes 5pm on 6 October 2023.
• Deferred entries can not be transferred as per the terms when deferred. 
• Deferred entries can not be refunded.

How to transfer

• The athlete wishing to transfer their entry must fill out the transfer form below and included the name and contact email of the recipient of their entry.
• The original athlete MUST pay the $25.00 transfer fee on confirmation of the transfer email being received. 
• We will then send the recipient of the transfer a special link to enter.
